A brand’s performance on the retail front determines it’s ultimate success. But monitoring where each product is placed or leveraging every shelf across countless stores can be overwhelming. As a solution, we helped Johnson & Johnson design an ‘In-store Excellence Toolkit’ for its brands.

The toolkit comprised of a comprehensive brand guideline book, a planogram pocket book with a must-stock list, and a promo-catalogue. Together, the kit provided information that helped thoroughly understand each brand. 

It explained how to best utilize shelf-spaces with stocking instructions, analyze in-store results and gave other key advice on retail brand empowerment. 

No doubt, the information was vast. We took on the challenge to compile and showcase the information in the most user-friendly way. Therefore, the visual treatment we designed was not only attractive but also easy for the distributors to digest.
